Description


Monarch House Apartments are located on High Street Kensington and lie within a private gated development with a 24 hour reception, car parking and beautiful resident's garden on-site.

These apartments are one of Kensington's best kept secrets and are generously sized with living areas, flatscreen TVs, free wireless internet, work desks, dining table and chairs and comfy sofas. The bedroom have king size beds (or twin) with fitted wardrobes and lots of storage space.

The bathrooms are tiled with a shower cubicle or baththub, a sink, toilet and bidet (some). The kitchens have absolutely everything you need including a full size fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and even a washing machine for laundry.

It is a convenient location with excellent transport links for business or leisure and  a great choice of shops, supermarkets (Waitrose & Wholefoods), restaurants cafes and local amenities nearby.

Holland Park is right across the road and Kensington Gardens is a short walk away. The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Leighton House Museum and Westfield Shopping Centre are all within walking distance too.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Low Season:

    Booking of 7 nights or less, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance and after 12 pm will be charged the full booking amount.

    Booking of 8 to 28 nights, cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance and after 12 pm will be charged the full booking amount.

    Booking of 29 to 90 nights, cancellation must be made at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance and after 12 pm will be charged the full booking amount.

    Any reservations exceeding 91+ nights, cancellations are subject to the booking contract.

    Peak Season:

    Please note that for the periods of 15 May until August, as well as stays between 15th of December and January 3rd, the cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival.

    WiFi : 10/10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Generally it was very good and modern. Location was brilliant. Housekeeping service was excellent throughout. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to coming back.

    We had some heating problems with controls that persisted through the stay. Our main bedroom had pigeons that prevented the windows from opening. For safety reasons, the showers should have grab bars.

    I have stayed at Monarch House a few times and will definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient and the flats are very nice. The service is good and the staff do their best to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. I have always found Check-in London to be very helpful in finding accommodation for me in London, even at short notice.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Monarch House. This was my second time of staying there and I will definitely be back. The facilities are excellent, the location is good and the staff are friendly.     Well maintained apartments at convenient location 7mins to tube. If you arrive in the rain ask for entry via garage - we were caught on the streets with bags and kids. Not exactly convinient. Good and new equipment / plenty of right cutlery. Components to Chrystall - she is good for her word when she advises on quality and features. Went out of way to personally check apartment for standards. Excellent response as well. Certainly will use Check In London again for next trip.

    Monarch House. A most enjoyable stay, the apartment was extremely comfortable with lots of space. It was equipped well and the service was good although I was a little disappointed that the apartment was not serviced on public holidays. I am not sure that this was reflected in the leasing cost. We would be happy to recommend these apartments to family and friends.

    Great Location, Great Apartment.. We are a faimily of 5 and the 2 bedroom apartment suited us well. A couple of improvements / suggestions are as follows: 1) Airport Transfer; we were quoted 65pounds which included a 40 minute waiting period. We were charged 90pounds,our plane arrived on time at 11:35 but it took a while for us to get thru customs & immigration (not unsual as i understand it) and we probably meet the driver at 1:00ish. He said he arrived at 11:10 and therefore the extra cost was for his waiting time. After a 24 hour flight i wasn't in the mood to argue the point but I felt that this was unreasonable and suggest that you look at a different service provider. 2) we stayed in the apartment over a long weekend with no servicing , no problem except that there was no spare toilet rolls and it's a bit of a pain to be running around buying toilet paper.     Excellent Area. The area outside is so busy and yet we hardly could hear any noise in the apartment. The staff were welcoming and guided us to some good local restaurants. In my opinion the apartment was of a very good standard and I found it to be quite good value for money. This is a highly recommended choice for short stays in London.

    One Of The Best Stays I Have Had. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and nice decor. Excellent location and so convenient for London. One of the best stays I have had in London. I will surely be coming back. Thank you.

    Five Stars For Comfort. Excellent accommodation close close to shops and walking distance to train stations high street kensington and earls court. Our apartment was very spacious and we enjoyed our private balcony.

    Apartment From 10Th April. Thank you very much for all your kind assistance for providing us Monarch house apartment. It was nice apartment at good convenient location. There is one thing that I would like to inform you that by mistake I bring the apartment keys with me..this I forgot to handover at the reception while check out. Now I have reached to Thailand already so I am returning these keys and sending today with FEDEX from Thailand to monarch apartments UK. So please kindly inform Monarch apartments regarding this matter. I am so sorry for the inconvenice.

    Monarch House Apartments. We stayed in Monarch House for 10 days and could not have chosen a better location. High Street Kensington was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, well equiped and comfortable. Also, the staff at Monarch were extremely helpful.
