Policies of Wigmore Suites Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, before 12 pm will be offered a full refund.

    Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge.

    For example:
    If a stay was cancelled and just 5 days notice was given (instead of the 14 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 9 nights.

  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £250.00 is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Overall Score : 7 WiFi : 1/ 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Had quite a few issues when I arrived- no Wi-Fi, the dishwasher had issues as well as the washer dryer. Ahmed as very helpful. Also, pillows are very hard and terrible. Could have better quality. Wi-Fi did not work several times

    Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : Excellent Management Response: As of January 2024, we have installed a new stable Wifi service Provider

    Review Title : Great location - poor execution!! WiFi : 5/10

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Had trouble with WiFi for a couple of days - landline phones wouldn’t charge - foyer lights did not work - lighting wasn’t bright enough - bo flat sheets on bed - uncomfortable, lumpy bed lacking support - kitchen worked well - customer service at globe apartments was slow and inefficient - things eventually got done but I wasted a lot of time babysitting every problem

    The stay was very comfortable. Clean with good facilities. Only issue with the apartments was picking up key at a different location at check-in time and the frequency of towel change. Towel change should be more than once a week. We are grateful to have been accommodated a midweek change as well.

    Great location and facilities in W1. Started badly as the taxi driver could not find the location in a pedestrian area/street. After finally settling in, we were very happy with the accommodation, location, and facilities in the apartment (washer, drier, towel rail). Never got the Nespresso to puncture the coffee capsules without crushing them and the outside landline did not seem to work although the Sky and Wifi worked excellently. Great choice of good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We definitely recommend and will come back again.
